The Trail of the Great Bear is an award winning eco-tourism company offering nature and enrichment packages in the Canadian Rockies.

The Trail offers unique travel products, learning and enrichment programs,
special interest group tours, customized self-drive itineraries, guiding services, brand merchandising.

The Trail of the Great Bear is supported by a partner consortia consisting of over 350 public sector organizations and small and medium sized tourism enterprises. The consortia promotes awareness of the geo-region and converts that awareness to tourism sales.

The Trail of the Great Bear is the recipient of regional, national and international awards including British Airways Tourism for Tomorrow Award. It is recognized as the first tourism initiative to identify intact ecosystems as tourism destinations.
